BUYER: What material do you use to create helmets?
SUPPORT: We use high-quality casting resin. It makes the helmets lightweight and perfect for getting all those crisp details.
BUYER: Do you make helmets that are not on sale at all?
SUPPORT: It really depends on how busy the workshop is and our current workload. Feel free to slide into our DMs with your ideas, and we’ll let you know what we can do!
BUYER: Do you accept individual coatings on existing helmets?
SUPPORT: Yes, absolutely! You can send over your concept or draft, and we’ll let you know if we can pull it off and how much the custom paint job would cost.
BUYER: Is it real value of your work?
SUPPORT: Yes, the prices listed for our products are completely accurate and final.
BUYER: Where is the delivery of your goods possible?
SUPPORT: We ship worldwide! To get your package safely to you, we use Boxberry (Bxb), UPS, and Belarus Post depending on the best route.
BUYER: What are the lead times?
SUPPORT: It depends on the order type:
  • In-stock items: 2-3 weeks to ship.
  • Made-to-order: 6-9 weeks to craft.
  • Pre-orders or custom designs: 9-12 weeks.
BUYER: What is the delivery time?
SUPPORT: Usually, shipping takes around 3-4 weeks if there are no unexpected transit delays. Since we don't run the shipping companies ourselves, we can't guarantee an exact delivery date, but we always monitor the process.
BUYER: What head size is this helmet designed for?
SUPPORT: Our helmets fit great on most head sizes up to 61 centimeters (about 24 inches) in circumference.
BUYER: What are helmets suitable for?
SUPPORT: Our helmets are perfect for cosplay, conventions, and display collections. Please note that they are not safety gear, and we can’t take responsibility for anyone trying to use them as actual protective equipment in the field.
BUYER: I received damaged goods, what should I do?
SUPPORT: Please send us a few photos of the damage. Don't worry at all — we always find a way to fix things and we'll make sure it gets sorted out in your favor.
BUYER: What guarantees do I get?
SUPPORT: We have tons of reviews from real buyers with photos of their helmets, and we really value our reputation in the fan community. If the helmet arrives and just doesn't suit you, we offer a full refund for the product price, but you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

SUPPORT: Shipping costs depend entirely on your location. The exact amount will be calculated automatically when you create your order.
BUYER: I got a package but I don’t know where to get it?
SUPPORT: You'll just need to contact the Boxberry (Bxb) partner service or the local postal office in your country using your tracking number, and they will tell you exactly where to pick it up.
BUYER: What should I do if the package does not update the status after arriving in the country of receipt?
SUPPORT: Don't panic, sometimes customs take a bit of time. Your best bet is to contact Boxberry (Bxb) or your local carrier directly to get a quick update on your parcel.
